Last updated: August 11, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the MediaMeta website, and to your use of the website to learn about and inquire about MediaMeta products and services. Please read these terms carefully before using the site. By visiting, browsing or submitting information through the website, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of services

The MediaMeta website is designed to introduce AI content creation, smart marketing and ecosystem solutions related to MediaMeta, and to provide online contact channels for business communication. The website itself does not currently provide direct online payment functions. Specific products and services are subject to the formal offline or online agreements and orders to be signed later.

2. User obligations

When using this website, you must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the site for any illegal activities or acts that infringe the legitimate rights and interests of others. This includes but is not limited to: providing false or inaccurate information, maliciously submitting large amounts of spam leads, or infringing the privacy or intellectual property rights of others. If your conduct causes losses to us or to any third party, you shall bear the corresponding legal liability.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, in the text, images, icons, layout, interface design and related materials on this website belong to MediaMeta or its licensors. Without prior written permission, no individual or organization may copy, modify, distribute, mirror or use the above content for commercial purposes.

4. Disclaimer

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy, timeliness and availability of the information presented on this website, but we do not guarantee that it will always be free from errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service interruptions or data loss caused by network failures, third-party service issues, force majeure or other reasons.

5. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time based on business development and changes in laws and regulations. Once the updated terms are published on the website, they will automatically take effect and replace the original terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the website immediately. If you continue to access or use the website, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated terms.

6. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute within 30 days after written notice. Any dispute not resolved within that period shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) in accordance with the SIAC Rules in force when the arbitration begins, which are incorporated into this clause by reference. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, the tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction, and any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
